Often faced with frustration people gets demotivated when it comes to losing weight. You may be tirelessly working towards weight loss but may not have witnessed any visible results. Here are 6 methods you can follow in order to lose weight.
1)Do not follow your friends workout routine: - You need not follow the workout that worked out for your friend. Instead follow what you like doing. This is because, losing weight involves consistency. In a long run, if you pick up doing something you dont like you may get derailed and eventually stop doing it.
2)Make a habit: - It is important to turn things into a daily routine. It is important to follow some of the things regularly on your journey to lose weight such as waking, eating light at dinner, having an early morning breakfast. It is said that if you follow something for more than 25 days, it becomes a habit.

6)Balance your carb intake: - Indian diets mostly consists of carbohydrate. When excess carbs are not digested properly it turns into fat. You need to balance your carb intake. Fill your plates with salads and veggies. By the time youre done finishing your salad your tummy wont have space for carbs. Also salads and veggies are easy to prepare. You can also include fruits in your diet.
