dried yeast -4g
coconut milk -11/2 cups
sugar -3 tablespoons
salt -1/2 teaspoon
METHOD OF PREPARATION
1)Situate the rice flour along with water into a saucepan and blend well. Bring the mixture to boil and cook until the fusion becomes thick. After obtaining the thick mix, remove the saucepan and let the fusion cool completely.
2)Combine the cooled thickened rice flour with yeast, coconut milk, sugar and mix well to form a denser batter. Retain the assortment at room temperature for up to 3 hours so to allow it ferment. Stir in salt and mix well once again at the instance before cooking.
