Pearl spot fish-1
Turmeric powder-1/4 Tbsp
Chopped Green chillies-1 Tbsp
Chopped ginger-1/2 Tbsp
Chopped garlic-1/2 Tbsp
Chopped curry leaves-4
Salt to taste
Lime juice-1 Tbsp
Banana leaf-1 large
Coconut oil-1 Tbsp
METHOD OF PREPARATION
1.Blend red chilies, turmeric powder, chopped green chilies, chopped ginger, chopped garlic, chopped curry leaves, chopped shallots, salt and lime juice to turn it to a fine paste.
2.Clean the fish, and make stripes on the fish using a knife. Coat the fish with a thick layer of the paste.
3.Wrap the coated fish in the banana leaf and tie it.
4.Heat oil in a pan and place the wrapped fish in it. Cook each side approximately for 7 minutes.
