Tired of looking at your belly fat? Does it happen that you wake up and look at yourself and you are not satisfied? And are you one of those who does not like hitting the gym to lose that extra fat?
No worries here is a simple diet plan for the ones who are willing to fight the cravings and follow a healthy way to lose some extra pounds.
If you are a tea maniac, you will have to say goodbye to the milk in the tea. Have a cup of green tea with very less sugar.
Include the egg whites, have 3 boiled eggs with tea.
This time of the day you can include boiled vegetables, one fruit like apple and green tea.
Any citrus fruit will be good, or you can also include a fruit juice or green tea. Remember milk has fat in good quantity so you might want to try and stay away from it.
Congrats, you have survived through the day. Good going now just one more meal and you are good to go. Now you can eat carbs like roti or a bowl of rice. Along with salted vegetables or sweet boiled potatoes. Dark chocolates will not harm you as it is pure cocoa and helps in the reduction of weight too. Lemons are very helpful to cut the excess fat.
Keep yourself hydrated. Drinking water makes you feel full and has various other skin and health benefits. If you feel like munching on something, you can bake some thin slices of potato with very less spices.
The more water you drink, it flushes out toxins and helps to retain moisture. Add juice to the diet . citric acid intake is good for the body.
Dont let go just too soon and you will see results fast. You can eat carrots or apple in between if you feel hungry.

Tired of the clich bags? Want to carry something attractive and funky looking at the same time?
Follow these simple steps to make an attractive bag of your own and rock the streets with your own stylized bag.
What you need:
What to do?
1: CUT OFF THE SLEEVE
If youd like to fold the t-shirt in half you can cut both sleeves at once so that they are identical. Or, if your material is too thick to cut them both at once, you can cut one, then fold it in half and use the cut side as a guide for the next sleeve.
2: CUT NECKLINE AREA
If youd like, you can turn the shirt inside out and trace the outline of a bowl before cutting. I used both methods and personally, I like free-hand cutting better because I prefer a slightly oval shape to a perfectly round one. I ended up trimming this one a bit to make it more oval.
3: DECIDE THE LENGTH
If you havent already turned your t-shirt inside out, do it now. Determine where you want the bottom of the bag to be and trace a line across. Keep in mind that depending on the fabric used, your tote is likely stretch and become longer when its filled with stuff.
4: CUT FRINGES
Now grab your scissors and cut slits from the bottom of the shirt up to the line marking the bottom of your bag. Youll want to cut both the front and back layers together because they need to match up for the next step.
5: TIE FRINGES
Okay, this is going to sound really complicated, but its NOT, promise. Take your first pair of fringe and tie it into a knot, then tie two more pairs. Now if you lift your bag youll see that although the pairs are pulling the bag together, theres a hole between each pair. This next step will close those holes.
And you are ready to use it. Take it out for a grocery shopping or to and store, or just carry it around like a funky accessory.

We are now going to learn the easiest way to make a coffee scrub.
WHAT YOU NEED:
You can use virgin coconut oil. Take 3 tbsp of it and put it in a bowl to mix.
Add 2 tbsp of coffee and 3-4 tbsp brown sugar.
Mix well till you get a thick consistency.
Put it in the small jar and it is ready to use.
Coffee grounds are a mechanical exfoliate, meaning they can be used to scrub away dead skin to reveal the new, healthy skin underneath, whereas chemical exfoliates remove skin cells with enzymes or acidic properties. Exfoliating with coffee grounds improves circulation, leaving you with smooth, glowing skin.

Nothing ruins a good dinner night with your loved ones like the blood sucking mosquitoes. If you do not wish to have the mosquitoes on the guest list, or you are someone who is allergic to the few mosquito repellent coils and creams, we have just the right thing for you.
Try this simple mosquito repellent Mason jar. It is easy to make. You will not require much efforts and is easy on your pocket.
Here is what you need:
1-2 Lemon Wedges
1-2 Lime Wedges
A couple sprigs of Rosemary
Water (fill remainder of jar with water)
Active Ingredient: Lemon Eucalyptus oil (7-10 drops)
You can find Lemon Eucalyptus oil for 200 rupees at Amazon and I was able to pick up floating tea candles for about 50 rupees. A mason jar is easily available in your kitchen or in a super market for rupees 50 a piece.
This is a simple mosquito repellent that I whip up in minutes and place outdoors five minutes before we go to sit outside. The other common approach is to put Citronella in a mason jar and poke a hole in the top and feed a long wick through.
Stay away from the blood suckers. Have fun and your food in peace.
