You now need to be more responsible and start doing things that will actually help your life. Not something temporary like hitting the club and living the life to the fullest only during weekends. But something that actually matters like starting a family.
And even the thought of this puts pressure on you. You than instantly start regretting everything that you have done and could have done better. So here, I m going to mention some things that all of us in our 20s should give up or start doing in order not to regret a little less and make our 30th birthday a little better.
The most important thing to take up is exercising. You should start taking care of your body in your 20s because until the early 30s you would be feeling all fine and then suddenly it will hit one day. So better start working out.
So now talking about what not to do. Quit Smoking.
Follow your passion. Do what you love doing and die while working for it. Don't just give up because it's hard or you are just lazy or you do not have enough resources. Believe me, if it's hard, it's going to be worth it!
Now the most important stuff. Fall in love. And NO, I don't mean that cliche, mainstream movies kind of love stuff. I mean the one which you know feels real and make you go head over heels for them. Marry someone like that and start a family with them. Not just with someone whose rear looks real sexy in jeans.
