Setting boundaries aren't a bad thing and you feel bad about breaking the random rules you have set for yourself when you are not able to stick to them or interrupt a perfect moment of flow just to adhere to your own rules. Time is a very rigid form of measurement and doesnt take into account variables such as natural energy rhythms. So if we are too fixated on time alone then we will set ourselves up for failure and anxiety.
