I was always enchanted by the stories of Royalty. Given that I was travelling to London, The Buckingham Palace was a mandatory stop. The only working Palace in the capital has been open for public through summers for over 20 years. The Grand Staircase is the highlight of the palace. The stairs are made of Bronze and were designed by an English architect called John Nash. The glass ceiling only adds to the beauty of it all. As I walked past the stairs and into the corridor, I was welcomed by the state rooms. These rooms are used as a wedding reception venue for the Royal Family. The elegant garden of the Palace is a stunner in all sense. Spanning over a mile, the garden acts as a picnic spot for most visitors. I was excited to see the Palace which previously housed the Royal Family. The most amazing part of the visit was the Grand Staircase, which will be hard to forget for a long time. All in all, the Buckingham Palace was a satisfying experience.
